SunnySports Tracking Order Status

Reading all of these negative reviews, I was a little skeptical but wow am I impressed! I placed an order for Grayl water bottles and I had a great experience. My order was easy to place, communication around my order and delivery was very good and my order arrived fast (5 business days from Coast to Coast). The items were packaged with care, they are new, and they work great. I doubt I will need to return anything, and hope I don't have issues if/when I do (according to other comments). I definitely plan to be back.

Ordered a pair of shoes. got them in a few days. No issues

Found the shoes I was looking for at a great price. Shipping was free, no issues there. However, I opened the shoes and see that they were used! The bottoms were not white and there were scuff marks along the white part of the shoes. I was offered a partial refund (less than half of what I paid) or I could return them for a full refund. I'm going to keep them, it's just super shady to get used shoes.
