Product smelt natural and was easy on skin. Very small for what it was but did have a luxurious feel to it. Didnt see much glow in my skin after!

I recently contacted their customer service about some adverse effects following the use of their CC Me serum. I’m happy to report that the issues have settled and I really like the product. However I am extremely disappointed with their customer service? I contacted them in good faith, being concerned about a problem I’d experienced and apart from a standard reply, no one has bothered to address my queries? I really do think they need to have more respect for their customers? After all they are what makes a business thrive! The product is lovely but they need to address any concerns in order to establish a reputable brand.
