Having had to lose our June booking this year, with lockdowns in Europe, and received a voucher, Zak was very reassuring and full of information and help when we called to book for September 2021. He also organised exactly where we like to be on the Domaine. We will try to pretend 2020 didn't happen but were reassured should there be further problems, we can change our dates yet again. All in all, the service and attention to details could not have been better.

Had to cancel our holiday due to Covid. Got in contact straight away, and they offered same holiday next year. Please not France was open and it was UK government who would not allow UK residents to proceed without quarantine.
