Stüssy Tracking Order Status

I ordered some clothes off their site and the easy pay feature sent items to my old address 3 hours away. I contacted support right after the order was placed and they sent me a response saying I had to contact UPS to change the delivery address. UPS tells me that a delivery address change can only be made by the Stussy and it’s not too late. I was kinda shocked that they didn’t offer any confirmation that the request was made, but just told me I have to acknowledge that it’s not guaranteed…okay. The first email was a total cop-out and now I have to just wait and see. I’ll find out if I have to contact my old landlord and find the time to drive 3 hours away. Better be some good-ass sweaters. Bad taste for sure, but not the customer service guys fault IMO.
