Strong Supplements Tracking Order Status

Hello to anyone who reads this I am Norvell L Harris and have been in the fitness industry as far as training and nutrition for my entire adult life in varying degrees, I just kept adding lesson's from my personal experience to my overall training encyclopedia. I say all that for this reason I of course I am no chemist outside of a broad brush stroke understanding of how some supplements particularly those that may help in the androgenic response in terms of muscle hypertrophy and recovery in that process assist in those processes.
