Strideline Tracking Order Status

Slow service, poor communication, and a generic product I could have ordered myself direct from China. Strideline brands themselves as a small, local Seattle company, and I was happy to support them by ordering some masks after they were recommended by a co-worker. Normally they charge $50 for a 5-pk which seems quite steep but I figured for quality US-made masks it was a good deal, especially with the 50% off coupon I had. The first indication of a problem was that they sent me an email explaining that "We went viral today with over 1 million visitors looking for free masks. A discount code for 100% off was leaked on Facebook and other sites." and "To fill this need, we’ve offered you 50% off so that teachers and administrators can get masks for an affordable price. " Well I'd already ordered and paid the 50% off price so I don't know why I got this, but it matched up with what I paid so I thought good enough. I then patiently waited 7 WEEKS for my order to arrive, I'm used to things taking longer, so again I was fine with it. However when I opened the package I found five generic Chinese-made masks with no Strideline branding at all, just a factory in China, and a QC card all in Chinese. They have no filter media inside, instead just an empty pocket to supply your own. These are the same masks one could buy from Gearbest, BangGood, FastTech, etc for 1/10 the price, end even less in bulk. Several weeks later I received another shipment of five masks, with a different order number and dated even before the first one, which I did not place. I emailed them see what happened and they just said "keep it", no explanation.

By far one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I accidentally ordered the wrong size socks under a promo I had received. I opened a ticket and asked them to correct it and they did. That's it. No fuss. Nothing. Received the socks and they fit perfect and are my favorite by far!
