I received an order confirmation but no order was processed

I received an order confirmation but no further information, and it appears that he order was not processed. I should have received an immediate rejection so that i could check the details of my credit card. By the time I realised that the order was not processed, the 15% off on the website has stopped and I had to pay full price.

OK experience

Website was a bit glitchy. I had to add a product to my basket about 3 times before it would show up. When I clicked on "Women's Perfumes" the filters and categories on the left side of the page related to "Eye Color". Variety of products also has reduced since I last shopped on the website, which was a little disappointing.
