Misleading marketing, and rude customer support. They offer packages without clearly saying the hidden charges. I spoke to customer support multiple times, at first they promised to find a solution, and told me if I deleted my account and created it from the browser it would work as promised. I did that but then again the promised offer was not working. And so their endless excuses began. Never took responsibility for their mistake. Yet another disappointed customer. Customer protection needs to do something. Misleading marketing is unlawful.

As many have said this is a scam company promise alot delivers very little . If you try to reach any kind of support you will spend a work day and discover there is none. Guess is now owned by criminals milking money out of the customers

Storytel (aka mofibo) used to be good but is now unreliable and untrustworthy, since it has recently begun to aggressively delete boks and authors that users listen to without any warning to its customers. Again and again I experience that books I am listening to one day has been deleted the next day when I try to resume listening. Storytel even deletes many of the authors I follow, so their "watch" feature is useless as well.
