Storyjewellery Tracking Order Status

I bought a ring and sadly a stone fell out of it, they saw my comment on Facebook and immediately messaged me sending me another! The customer service was AMAZING. I would definitely buy again from them. 10/10!

The customer service is awesome! I emailed to ask about exchanging my daughter's ring for a larger size and they quickly replied to say there was no need to send it back, they were shipping a new one to me at no cost. I highly recommend them, and they have made a customer for life.

The rings seem to be fair prices and decent Quality. The Black rose ring was my and my daughters favorite because the size could be adjusted and she loved the poem. We've bought probably 8 rings and will buy again.

While I understand this is a customized item, I still have yet to receive 2/3 of my order. I have bought in the past and the item was beautiful but the stones do fall out easily so I had to rebuy the same ring. It NEVER took this long to receive my items in the past and I am getting frustrated.

I have made several orders at the Storyjewellery for me and my daughter and I have NOT once been disappointed. The merchandise is tasteful elegant and well done I am sure there will be more of my orders in the future 💖
