Customer service was outstanding from the moment they picked up the phone. They not only replaced the graphics card, but upgraded it to current gen. I will be buying from them again in the future as well as recommending to anyone who is looking for a prebuilt.

Ordered a 5090 pre build via Very. A slight delay on delivery, but excellent packing and workmanship on wiring routing etc. A couple of really nice touches were the inclusion of all the peripherals from the case and motherboard, as I didn't get these with a Cyberpower purchase previously. Runs well straight out the box, looks beautiful and MSI components throughout. Very happy.
