Stockpile Tracking Order Status

I know that the platform was doing well.. But i have been requesting for a link to reset my password since last year till date , they have not answered my calls, they don't respond to my emails.

Fed up with the fees I closed my account. they blocked my log in so i couldn’t get my tax documents. after many emails back and forth with CS I got the tax documents. when i ask about where my money is i’m told they don’t have my bank info to transfer it to. i find this interesting because they always have it when they need their fees paid. Now they are mailing me a check. been over two weeks since i closed the account. starting to wonder if i’ll ever get my money from them. I DO NOT recommend getting involved with this company

Keeping track of gain/loss should be the bare minimum a trading platform provides and it's been broken for months. Support only gives a robotic, AI-generated response that their team is working on it. How is this even possible?

Stockpile is easy to use, with information to help me learn. When I started with stockpile, I didn't know enough about stocks but I did now what i liked and I felt would grow. I was able to choose simple groups, reasonable cost investing and learn while I watched the outcomes

Response was immediate and clear.
