FAKE OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Just a waste of time with their fake offers and promotions. After receiving an email from them with a promotion of *u/t 50% OFF + FREE SHIPPING" i clicked on the link and the website immediately offered me "ONE FREE ITEM" if I signed up for their email and text messages, which I did. I placed an order for two items and on checkout I entered the code for the "ONE FREE ITEM" Each item was priced over $10 but the code applied a discount of a flat $10 making neither item "FREE". I also could not find anyway to apply the "Free Shipping" offer so I emailed customer service with these two issues. They replied that the "ONE FREE ITEM" offer had a $10 limit, even though they did not have a single item available priced at $10 or less, making it impossible to ever get "ONE ITEM FREE". They also said that the Free Shipping only applied to orders of $50 or more, a fact they omitted from the emailed promotion. Both offers turned out to be dishonest, misleading and totally fake. I don't do business with companies that use such deceitful tactics so I cancelled my order and unsubscribed.

Their underwears are Chinese size

I received the underwear Doreanse 1281 Hang Loose Bikini Brief Modal . I saw it and realized that the underwear size is Chinese not American. It is not suitable with my size even I am unable to wear it. The merchant Steveneven did not warn on website that it is Asian size even does not show the true size chart. Rip off business!

I have used the service before with no problems. Delivery took longer than I anticipated due to US-EU shipping but when I emailed they were quick to reply and help with the tracking. Product was excellent and have happily purchased again.

Great Shopping Experience

I'm a customer from this website since 2015, I just took this opportunity to write something, because all the other reviews dont look fair comparing to my shopping experience. So here is my 2 cents. You can buy your sexy underwear from them, like I do, with no issues. I never had any issues, and all orders were delivered on time.
