Terrible customer service

Bought a planter from Step2 off Amazon. They had a new item price and used item price. I chose new. However upon arrival, it was clearly a used planter. Scrapes and scuffs all over. Was told to call customer service. Called and waited on the line for over 30 min and still no one answered. Very poor, incompetent, and unethical service from those that shipped a used item to a customer, and then do not answer when they call about it. Definitely do not recommend.
