StateLineTack Tracking Order Status

Almost considered cancelling my order after reading the bad reviews, really glad I didn't. Ordered a saddle stand in Hunter Green that I couldn't find anywhere else. Arrived on time and shipped quickly. Not sure if I got lucky, or if State Line Tack has upped their game, but I'll probably try ordering again based on how this purchase went.

Well they just lost a $550+ order from me! They wouldn't budge on $35 shipping which I found ridiculous given the amount of stuff I was ordering. Or even give a discount code to help make up the difference. Like literally almost every other website gives free shipping on orders that large, heck orders over $100 most times. Anyhow, no budging so I found a nice company in Texas who had the same thing but priced higher. They were very nice and price matched, even went a little less than Stateline, and coming out of TX there was NO sales tax AND free shipping!! Saved myself over $80. Not the first bad experience either I've had with SL either. I've had items never ship and had to cancel the orders. They clearly have plenty of other clients so I'm sure I won't be missed.

I ordered two horse blankets with expedited shipping. I never received them. When I looked into it, they were on backorder. customer service offered to refund my payment which is good; I have an issue with them allowing me to order with expedited shipping and never notifying me that the shipment was on backorder. The company should have notified me when I placed the order that they did not have them in stock and if they did not know then, they should have told me when the order was due so that I could make other arrangements.

I’ve used Stateline Tack off and on for years. Their customer service is always very friendly and their products are great quality. I had a bit of trouble receiving a refund recently but the second time I called about it, the gal moved it along quickly. I will use them again and again!

I love Stateline Tack!! I've been buying from them since I was a little kid! They're the best!!
