Starbucks Tracking Order Status

As a visitor from out of the area, you always know what you're getting in terms of quality and choice when you visit a Starbucks anywhere in the world. However, what made this particular Starbucks stand out from all of the rest is its staff; namely Ricky & Rachel! From the moment of walking through the door i was greeted by the cheeriest of hellos. The two staff have a great working chemistry together and use appropriate humour and great banter with their customers. Chatty and helpful, my take-out order changed to a stay in order, where I purchased much more than I'd originally intended and really enjoyed the ambiance. Just a pity the bar code for my customer survey (and a discount from my next order) wasn't working. That would have been a real bonus. People of Peterborough, pop into the branch and and join Ricky & Rachel, the jewel in the Starbucks crown, for a brew. People with their positive customers service skills are few and far between these days!

To the guy in cineworld Bentleybridge Starbucks you are so kind! We bought two strawberries & cream frappes & my sons slipped out his head but you were so kind to make him a new one. & you cleaned the mess up. Not bad but not excellent as well. Coffee could be better for this price! I ordered latte to go, waited about 10 minutes. My cup was too hot.

Went to Starbucks Oxford street. Used to be good place, gone downhill. Coffee is horrible, the cookies are atrocious, out of date. Never go again to starbucks

This was a tired little coffee shop with the usual menu. I chose a bacon butty and there was plenty of bacon on it and it was VERY hot (if rather flat) when it came back to me. The barista had made a point of offering sauce and I chose ketchup, but no sauce appeared.
