Stanley Tracking Order Status

Sent an item back for a refund in early July and received an email on the 22/7 to say it was being processed and would take up to 10 days. Finally received my refund almost 2 months later on 12/9 after many messages back and fourth to their instagram page. I’d almost accepted at this point I would never see the money again. The responses from the customer service team via their website were useless but the only reason I’m giving a 2 star review instead of 1 star is based on the fact the customer service on their instagram page were fairly fast to respond and keep me updated.

Der Onlineshop ist schön und übersichtlich aufgebaut. Die Verarbeitung der waren ist gut. Die Lieferzeiten übersteigen die Angaben auf der Website mit Leichtigkeit. Der Support ist nicht vorhanden oder antwortet nicht.
