Finger weg als Händler, kein Kundenservice!

Wir sind als Label bei Staiy und hatten eine Kundenretoure. Dies haben wir dann dort gemeldet, keine Antwort - auf 5 E-Mails! Ich weiß bis heute nicht, ob die Kundin ihr Geld von Staiy wieder erhalten hat. Danach wollten wir kündigen, da der Kundenservice einfach unterirdisch ist... nach 4 Wochen haben wir immer noch keine Antwort erhalten auf unseren Kündigungswunsch. Wir haben unsere Produkte jetzt einfach gelöscht und die Sync zum Shop. Würde ich keinem Händler empfehlen - leider!

Ware kam zügig und ohne Probleme

Die Lieferung erfolgte problemlos und zügig nach meiner Bestellung. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es kamen sehr viele Mails wegen der Sendungsverfolgung, da ich 3 Artikel von verschiedenen Versendern bestellt hatte. Vielleicht könnte man das irgendwie zusammenfassen um die Anzahl der Mails zu verringern.

Not the greatest of experiences so far

Not the greatest of experiences so far. First of all, when I placed my first order I didn't know that they didn't personally ship the items, but they only send the order to each company/brand and they take care of that, so you'll receive different packages from each brand you order from. Not very environmentally friendly. And I can't see it specified in any part of the website. Than my orders were rejected two different times, I really don't understand why, as when I checked on each brand specific websites, the items I ordered were in stock. Not a super pleasant experience, though I still recommend this website as it offers many sustainable clothing options.

Supporto clienti praticamente assente

Ho ordinato 4 articoli dal sito: uno è arrivato singolarmente, mentre prima dell'arrivo degli altri mi è stato comunicato che non avrei ricevuto uno degli articoli in quanto esaurito e mi è stato chiesto come preferivo procedere. Dopo aver risposto, non ho saputo niente per giorni e giorni, nonostante avessi inviato mail di sollecito. Alla fine sono arrivati 3 articoli su 4 (come previsto), ma la comunicazione da parte del servizio clienti è stata praticamente assente. Inoltre, anche le informazioni relative alla spedizione sono state praticamente assenti. Lascio comunque un feedback positivo perché i prodotti sono ottimi, spero che sia una realtà in continua crescita.
