Overpriced product without significant support. E-mails are not answered.

I will give them not even 1 star. Previous years I had good services and almost every month there were at least 2 updates. This year 2023 the only update was at 24th of April the easysocial update. Recently I cancelled my social bundle subscription and afterwards I received an Email by Joyce Chew from the finance department to notify me that I cancelled my subscription. I sent her an email to explain why there is no updates since the 24 of April 2023. (A social bundle subscription costs approximately $400 annually, quite expensive for a bundle that suppose to give you more updates than only 1 a year). I find out that Joyce Chew has blocklisted me from her email. I posted messages on their helpdesk about the update and asked what is going on with stackideas NO RESPONSE from them. I strongly recommend potential customers do NOT BUY any products from that SCAM STACKIDEAS. Or they are selling their company to someone else or they are out of business and they do NOT update their customers about the situation. It reminds me of Jomsocial, also a useless company. I CANCELLED MY BUNDLE with them because its USELESS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL REGRET. If you do not believe me contact me by email mediterraan at yahoo dot com I have email from Joyce Chew (finance department) that she did not answer my messages and blocklisted me. For more than 3 years I was a satisfied customer but since this year I am very disappointed about their services, 1 update and not even replied on the posts of many customers on their site. SHAME ON YOU. I am done! Who follows???? Look for better options DO NOT USE JOMSOCIAL AND STACKIDEAS. USELESS and will take your money.
