Skie was extremely helpful and quick in helping with my query. Extremely precise in explaining what o needed to know. The waiting time to speak to her was very shortz I’m very impressed by the whole service!

Mark Denney is an absolute credit to his team and the company. In the past the other customer services advisors have been extremely, extremely poor in delivering the service in the manner they should, but if you are lucky enough to speak with Mark, everything you require from him to resolve your query/issue, he makes possible. Others will say, 'no that is not something we can do' No our system does not allow us to email the invoice/statements' but MARK makes this happen with ease. There needs to be more Mark Denney's working for SSE!!!

For once in a long time I was exceptionally happy with the service delivered by Sofia. She clearly explained everything to me and for the first time in a long time I feel that I may stay with SSE/OVO. The time taken to have the phone answered is still a problem though.
