It was the prompt response, the ease of the return, abd the expedient delivery of the replacement item.

The experience was OK. Sort of disappointing I had no one to speak with to ask a series of questions.

My experience was very good. I only had one issue, trying to get the other half of the couch covered. I had no problem doing the first half the couch, but not the second half the couch, but actually had the tears of threads but they got to figure it out and straightened out after a couple weeks. We got it straightened out and it’s good. Thank you. David, I believe what’s his name he helped me the first time and the third time and he was awesome. The other lady just kept making me send pictures and pictures and pictures and reasons and then finally I got a hold of David by sheer luck, and he got it all hooked up.

Our claim was smooth and fast. My dad is 80 and as you can imagine hard on cell phones. I filed the claim and with a few questions the replacement phone was on its way. Received it 3 days later, set it up and shipped the broken one back.

Customer service was great. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and took his time to communicate the problem. The problem was satisfied quickly
