Spring Hill Nursery Tracking Order Status

I ordered an extremely rare peonies from walmart.com and their vendor was spring Hill nursery. I've ordered a couple plants from Walmart and I have always been so disappointed but I thought I would take a chance because no one else was selling this particular peony root. A couple days before the order was supposed to arrive, I got noticed that the order had been canceled which was upsetting but understandable when dealing with rare flowers. Much to my surprise, when I got to my garden the next day there was a package. It seems to me that they must have run out of larger root and instead of charging me for a smaller root they sent me the smaller one and return my money. I am on a very tight budget and this is a flower that I wanted desperately and my appreciation for how this company handled themselves professionally makes Walmart looks good. Makes them look good. I'm just so grateful! So grateful I've been looking for places to thank them ever since!

This is a recap an earlier review, and what i notice is a list of shipping dates of different types of plants, shrubs, trees, etc... and you have to see when it shipped from their warehouse. If not all in the category it may take time to ship. Luckily all my plants survived, bruised from delivery due to delayed delivery..

At the moment i am reserving judgement, so i giving 1 star. I have ordered 9 plants 4/14/2024 for mothersday, and shipping dates getting pushed back. although customer service has said they backed up, i am disappointed. When i receive my plants i will not go online order again, i will go local which i should have in beginning...

I placed my order for four roses and they shipped march 18th. I tracked them from California. I live in Pennsylvania. I never received them until march 27. I understand I am across the country but a shipment shouldnt be sitting at a fedex location for two days. Ive ordered roses out of Texas and theyve come in 3 days also by fedex. My roses arrived with black spots on the stems and nearly every thorn is black. I am not sure if they will survive. I emailed the company to see how to revive them and describing how long theyd sat in that box. They never responded. I am more irritated with a lack of response on their end because it shows a lack of integrity or care for their customers. I am an avid gardener and wouldve used them for purchases in the future but this experience has made me more than a little hesitant.
