Spotlight Oral Care Tracking Order Status

Very disappointed with this toothbrush, I had been using this for a year, ended up with bleeding gums and my teeth never felt as clean as using an oral B toothbrush. After using my new oral B toothbrush for 2 weeks I can say 100% there is no comparison. Don’t waste your money on this brand and compromise your dental health.

Texted customer care on WhatsApp in relation to a broken product and got a response within minutes. The agent was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to send me out a new product. Would highly recommend them!

I bought a Rose Gold Sonic Toothbrush last January 2022 and love it. My teeth felt very clean - much more so than other electric toothbrushes. Unfortunately the heads appear to have a tendancy to get 'stuck'. I spent some time over 2 days trying to prise it off . In the end i was obviously too rough as when i eventually got head off the motor that rotates the head no longer works. For those that have one - perhaps you should rinse the head very well after each use .I will see if I can return it to get it repaired ...such a pity

My sonic toothbrush malfunctioned after I went on holidays. I emailed customer service & had a reply about 8 hours later. Jessica was the ladies name and god was she helpful. Replying to emails out of working hours and doing her utmost to resolve the problem. I am posting back my old brush and Jessica has sent me out a replacement. Bravo!!!!

I purchased a sonic toothbrush around two months ago and the base has already cracked - I think it fell in the sink. When I contacted customer service (jessica) I was told there was nothing they could do. Incredibly shoddy product - I have oral B toothbrushes that have lasted 2-3 years
