Sportsbikeshop Tracking Order Status

Payed for one day delivery and still haven't received my order apparently I have to pick it up myself from a shop in dunfermline

Bought a helmet which was advertised as having a pin lock insert (Shark D-sqwal 2) - it didn’t come with one so have requested that Sports Bike Shop send me one out to my home address as I’ve already paid for it and not heard anything back yet (2 weeks and counting).

Castrol Power 1 4T 10W-30 I would NOT recommend this engine oil. I bought few months ago until my next change. Personally do my oil/filter change and two weeks later is looks like oil mixed with coolant. Straight put my bike to the service I guessing water pump is a problem. Few days later received a phone call-nothing wrong with coolant and pump only oil. Oil was changed with different brand and two weeks later I don't have same problem. I did other orders to same shop with Putoline and is no problem with it. I personally not recommend this oil for new Honda bikes.

A company completed let down by the use of a clown courier, who never deliver on sunny days and say "we did not find you" when the delivery address is a 24/7 manned office reception, then don't deliver again the day after because "too many deliveries", see? I asked for a refund and will never order from this company again as long as this situation persists.

Ordered a pair of trousers and needed to return. Can’t believe Northern Ireland is excluded from free returns and had to pay £16 for a return. Will not be exchanging or ordering from here again.
