SportChek Tracking Order Status

Bought new ski boots and skiis, amazing customer service from Peyton, at the Halifax Shopping Centre.

I got boots and helmet from here, the box for the helmet wasn't in good condition but the product was fine, the boot were perfect as describtion , can't wait to try them !!!

I bought a badminton racquet from Sportchek in City Centre, Edmonton, AB and got issues with its string in two days of playing. I contacted the store staff and also sent a complaint to Sport chek online. The store manager was able to do the exchange of the product. Issue was resolved.

I love coming to Sport Check for fitness apparel for running, hiking equipment, and shoes. A lot of locations I've been to always seem to be sold out in bigger shoe sizes for women, which can be annoying. However I always find great clothes at reasonable prices. It seems like they always have a sale going on! One of the only downsides to shopping at Sport Chek is constantly being bothered by employees trying to get you to sign up for the Canadian Tire mastercard.

Done a few online shoe and clothing orders through the pandemic and they've been good. Orders could be processed a bit quicker, but wasn't an unreasonable delay, a few days. Easy to find items on sale, from brands that I like. One item they didn't have so they sent me a coupon for a huge discount. No complaints.
