Sporf Tracking Order Status

Not received or heard anything regarding my purchase. Over two weeks now

Good quality item, arrives quickly

Bought a bandana for the dog seemed a bit pricey for what it was but it was exactly what I wanted and I am well happy when I received it !

Ordered a hat and a towel, hat came quickly and was great, the towel took 2 weeks and wasn’t what I was looking for so I have messaged them to request how I return but had no response yet.. doesn’t look like they have a simple returns policy

I ordered my item in September but hadn't received it until now, I sent a email through their website but no reply, I final used the email address I found on this review site and recieved a notification my item had been despatched today. even though it has took this long I was getting my item and I was happy, what I didnt expect was my item to arrive today and delivered by hand not through a courier. I can not fault this level of customer service but would like more information on emailing them on their shop site.
