The service was great but I am disappointed with the quality and presentation of the items, as they are not cheap and I was expecting more. I know what I paid but as gifts, those who receive them could well think I tried to get them cheap gifts. They need to be wrapped separately rather than all in one piece of tissue paper and this still won’t address the issue of quality. They look better on line than they are in real life unfortunately.

Spoiled Brat is an awesome company who have the customers at the heart of their business. I ordered a Ragged Priest cardigan from them which unfortunately got misplaced in the hands of Evri and consequently went out of stock in the meantime. Someone in the Spoiled Brat team handled my problem super quickly and arranged for the Ragged Priest to send me a replacement directly. It wasn’t the same size but I really didn’t mind as it was no fault of Spoiled Brat or the Ragged Priest. I’m so impressed with their kindness and customer service, I couldn’t recommend them enough!
