Splendour Sofas Tracking Order Status

Ordered a sofa,an armchair and foot stool ,amazingly All arrived when they said it would ...........BUT yes there is a BUT The Scott Velvet Single Seater Armchair was not the one we ordered, we specifically ordered the Scott Velvet Armchair as it was less bulky and would fit in our room fine So 10 phone calls no answer Multiple emails no answer Messaged on Instagram and X guess what no answer So we have a chair we didn't order that doesn't fit and which costs less than the one ordered None existent customer service

Having read the reviews about lack of delivery and response from Splendour Sofas after I ordered, I was really anxious that the company was a scam. I however, have had a great experience. I ordered some fabric samples which arrived within a few days and then went on to order an armchair. The chair came exactly 5 weeks after I placed the order and I'm really pleased with the quality of it, especially given the price. I have an existing Scott suite from Made.com and it's great to have been able to add a matching chair to it.

Made a order back in July for a Scott sofa, 2 months later and no news when the sofa will be delivered I’ve emailed and called numerous times, and had no response, wouldn’t mind if there was a delay but the lack of communication and other reviewers having a similar experience is vey concerning. Also seeing responses to complaints from the company and not responding to emails sent is another concern

Communication could be better as I sent a few emails asking for an update as I was anxious to receive it. Came in the end and i like the style.
