Spinnup Tracking Order Status

Eigentlich hatte ich mit Spinnup einen idealen Partner gefunden, selbst produzierte Releases digital zu vertreiben. Der Support ist zwar etwas schwer zu erreichen, aber reagierte dennoch regelmäßig. Auch alle 13 Releases (2 Alben, 4 EPs, 7 Singles) wurden immer ordentlich über Jahre hinweg in den Stores platziert. Doch leider siegt jetzt auch hier die Gier über die gute Idee, kleineren Künstlern einen Raum zum Präsentieren ihrer Musik zu bieten. So wurde mir also lapidar mitgeteilt, dass in zwei Monaten der Service nur noch auf Einladung erfolgt und alle Releases gelöscht werden. Immerhin funktioniert die Abbuchung der bisherigen Einnahmen sowie die anteilige Rückerstattung anteiliger Abos bis jetzt noch gut. Schöner wäre es aber gewesen, treuen und vor allem eigentlich zufriedenen Stammkunden zumindest eine etwas längere Zeit zum Wechseln zu geben, oder gegen Aufpreis wenigstens die langjährigen Releases zu halten. So verschwinden jetzt plötzlich alle Releases aus den Stores und müsse mühevoll wieder einzeln aufgebaut werden. Ich hoffe, dass mit dem nächsten Distributor eine längere Zusammenarbeit möglich ist.

I like the general use of Spinnup. I actually think it's quite a good platform over-all but I can't give it 4 stars because of certain limitations that don't make sense to me. I see a lot of negative reviews but I think a lot of people just don't respect time when it comes to music. I've given all my releases minimum 4 week run time to make sure they're in stores on release date and they're usually there a couple weeks before, ready to go live on my streaming date. It relies on the DSP's too so it's not just on the distributor which is important to know. One thing I don't like about Spinnup and is the reason that I'm changing is that they don't allow you to deliver music to social media platforms that have Splice / Loop Master samples etc even when proof of license is shown. They actually state this on their website: "samples from existing songs or online libraries [even free sample libraries] unfortunately won’t be allowed to opt-in for social monetisation, or social delivery.' I use my music in my stories a lot and other people add my music to their instagram stories plus I had a marketing plan for instagram reels with this particular song so the fact that I couldn't send it to socials was really disappointing and massively anti-climatic for my release. I'll be moving this song over to a different platform purely just to allow the opportunity for social delivery. Their credit input is also quite confusing and worded differently to the DSP's. I just found it inconvenient. It's a shame because other than this, I was fairly happy with Spinnup.

Ich weiß nicht was ihr alle gegen spinnup habt, Mail Support dauert vlt 1-2 Tage. Bis das Problem gelöst ist maybe 4 Tage bis 10, i mean die haben nicht nur dich als Kunden die was von den wollen. Auszahlung kleine Summen 0-3 Tage ( unter 1000€ ) geht easy fit. Netter Support, 1 Abzug weil es etwas schwerer ist den Kontakt aufzunehmen aber bin sehr zufrieden 🙏 YUNG VLM
