Spectrum Tracking Order Status

I had ordered a new cell phone but changed my mind, which I am entitled to do. I tried for 2 days and 4 customer service reps. to get the order reversed. All it needed was to do a Return to Sender order which they were all unwilling to do. The last rep I spoke with literally yelled at me and said it was impossible. I would have given this rating a one star but I finally got in touch with a chat rep who solved the problem brilliantly by doing the Return to Sender order that was needed. If it wasn't for her, I would have cancelled all my Spectrum services.

We rarely contact Spectrum when our cable or internet goes out because it happens so frequently. There doesn't seem that a week goes by when we don't lose our cable. We are constantly disconnecting and reconnecting the router. We've been Spectrum customers for years (back when it was Charter), and every year the price goes up. There is no reward for customer loyalty. If there was another cable company, we would definitely give them a try. One of their customer service employees told us that unfortunately, they give the low, low price to start and then, if you remain a customer, the price climbs yearly.

(Customer service review) Spectrum internet sucks regardless never works properly and always over charged for it. i never got the results i was looking for and have been charged 300 for a service i have not used in 2 months! BUT this review is for a very helpful lady named IVY in the customer service department no i didn't get what i was looking for but she helped so much and resolved what she could for me when so many others wouldn't even listen she kept the engery calm in a stressful situation she was very respectful, energetic and motivated. i called with an attitude but she stayed very professional and changed my whole mood even tho we couldn't resolve much. She definitely deserves praise for her hard work. I would hire her at any job great attitude, very professional, and great in stressful situation even when the customers are rude. Great job ivy!!!!

Charter Spectrum has recently acquired my old service provider, and I couldn't be happier. For the longest time, my area was stuck on a 50 MB/s internet speed, which was alright, but once you have 4 people with all their devices in their rooms, it slows down, and do not get me started on steam downloads. However, once I received the letter in the mail about the buyout, I was ecstatic to learn that Charter Spectrum was offering up to 1 gigabit internet speeds. The process of upgrading to the new service was seamless. A representative came to my house to replace my old modem with a new one, and it took no time at all to get it up and running. I was immediately impressed by the speed and reliability of my new internet connection. In fact, I have been live streaming my favorite video game, Destiny 2, at 1080p60fps to YouTube with zero issues. This is a significant improvement over my old 50 MB/s internet, where even 720p30fps was not possible for live streaming. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with Charter Spectrum's internet service. The upgrade process was quick and easy, and the internet speeds have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Charter Spectrum to anyone looking for reliable, high-speed internet.
