Specscart Tracking Order Status

Wow!! From the ease of the home trial to the speed of receiving my two chosen pairs of prescription glasses (36 hours from order) I really couldn’t be more impressed. I will certainly be recommending to others and using Specscart again.

I have purchased a few pairs of glasses recently with different suppliers and Specscart stood out over the others. Apart from being cheaper than the others - I was sent the glasses in re usable box, plus a 2 part screwdriver keyring. They also emailed me to double check my prescription was correct. The glasses were also perfect, so excellent all round.

This was my first time buying from Specscart and I was incredibly impressed by their service. I got 3 home trials in total. Most of the time delivery was quick, but there was one instance of royal mail saying they never received the package. However, after contacting the Specscart team they were very quick to get back to me and resolve the problem. My trial pack was delivered the next day. As for ordering my glasses, the process was quick and simple and the lenses were actually free! (unlike other online glasses shops). It was easy to input my prescription and choose my frames, and they were delivered within two days. They try and aim for 24hr delivery (which is incredible), while it didn't happen in my case (I'm in Northern Ireland, so I wasn't suprised), I got my glasses a lot quicker than I was expecting. Other online shops I've used can take over a week to deliver your glasses. Then there were the little extras!! I was so suprised and delighted by my bottle of lens cleaner, mini screwdriver keyring (which I've already put to good use!), sturdy glasses case, and pretty cleaning cloth. I've already recommended Specscart to my family, including family abroad when I read that they do free worldwide delivery too! Overall, my experience with the ordering, customer service, home trial, and my new glasses has been wonderful. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again! I'm still trying to get used to my new lenses (they say to give it two weeks). I'm excited to go out wearing them when my eyes finally adjust properly. Thank you Specscart!!

I brought these for my daughter, and she loves them, she says they are much clearer than her previous glasses. I ordered her glasses with the tint option as she now has to wear them at all times and this has helped her massively. I feel for the quality of the glasses they were of good value.

Great service allowing you to try frames at home before paying. I would highly recommend this company. The frames are beautiful and on trend.
