Specsavers Tracking Order Status

Excellent customer service. I had an issue which was completely my fault but was dealt with perfectly. I would highly recommend Specsavers!

I went for the eye test only, but without asking they did the OCT scan first and then the test. Surely they were supposed to ask me first if I wanted this optional service, because they were fully aware that I was paying privately for this. Not happy about that. Also, while I was waiting to pay, I could hear a staff member trying to do a hard sell on some product to another customer, it looked like he was uncomfortable and could not afford it. It should not be happening.

The staff were so friendly and helpful but not in any way pushy, which I really appreciated.

The Team at the Bingham branch gave their usual level of helpful & professional service that I have received in the past. Kiran's care & attention was particularly noteworthy. Thank you Rebecca & Kisan. I am very pleased with my new glasses.

I absolutely love these glasses! They feel so secure and a really good quality. I’ve been looking for the right pair for some time. It was great to be able to try so many on the Specsavers website. This facility was so easy to use and much appreciated. A friend recommended the thinner lenses for a less magnified look. I’m So glad I chose this option. I was a bit nervous ordering online but so glad I did. It was so easy from start to finish and I love my glasses. Would highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
