I accidentally broke my SV06 Plus silicone sock and I asked if they can help me about it and I got very surprised when they sent me an invoice for some silicone sock replacements! Truly THE best customer support I ever had! Still would be great if maybe around 80% ish parts are listed for sale on the site for any printer being sold like the silicone sock, belts, bearings etc. Also their SV06 Plus is really good! I still wish they sell their own enclosures like Creality does. Thank you Jan and Claudia!

I bought a Sv07 and I am surprised with the quality. This machine is top knotch and super fast. Haven't had any issues so far.

I purchased a set of heat breaks for my SV05 and the size of the product I received was incorrect. After explaining the problem to Jan at customer service, Claudia confirmed the tracking number and a few weeks later I received the correct heat breaks. Overall a positive experience.

I had my printer for a couple months and had had several really good prints, but one print failed, in a big way, and left a blob of filament that ripped off the thermistor wiring. After some initial communication in which I supplied Sean with some photographs, Support was very understanding and sent me an entire new extruder and hotend! Amazing customer service.

After reporting an issue with my printer, Jan from CS arranged a replacement part and had it shipped to me. 9 days total shipping time is pretty good in my eyes.
