I ordered a hat on 7July23 and still…

I ordered a hat on 7July23 and still haven't received it. I looked up Southfaces company on-line and found it is supposed to be out of GA but my shipment email says it shipped from China. Buyer beware. Looks like a scam company.

Products ship directly from China. The t-shirts are total crap. The hats are average at best. Avoid them

Ordered a hat and it went to wrong zip…

Ordered a hat and it went to wrong zip code and was returned to them. They said it was my fault for putting in the wrong zip code. It was auto fill so I known they changed it. Refused refund or to ship another hat. Definitely a scam.

PayPal Refunded My $$$

I ordered a hat, assumed it would arrive in a week. After 2 weeks I saw that their web page was gone. Notified PayPal and they refunded my $ in only a few hours. The following day the hat arrived.

Spelling was incorrect on hat

What I liked about the company is good communication through email and I did get the order. And it was timely. What I didn't like is the hat that we ordered had the wrong spelling on it the word things is spelled as Thins.
