Soundcore Tracking Order Status

Have to be 100% honest. Everything needs improvement. Purchase the Soundcore Boom 2 plus as everywhere I see it's advertised as groundbreaking bass ect. When I got it I was immediately dissapointed My old Sony 7 year old speaker had more bass, albeit quite treble and total volume as it was only 20 watts odd. When I emailed them they advised more or less sorry we are still learning with out products ot what not and offered a discount off which I accepted as I could not be bothered nor had the time for a return. Recently saw a friend had one and his was better ( but again no where near ground breaking bass my any means) Anyways, he took it to the shop for me and turns out it was faulty, it had loose wires and after the repair I can see a different but again, but no means in any way ground breaking bass. If I had to score the bass out of 10, it would he a 3 if that. The customer service could do with improvement as when I first experienced this issue I asked for advice but they were quick to offer a refund or exchange ( which is good but I wanted thay as a last choice). 1. Customer service needs to try to assist before immediately offering a refund or exchange. 2. They should not be false advertising this speaker as groundbreaking bass as its far from it. I did accept this speaker at a reduced value for the inconvenience mainly for the reason I do not have any time as of recently to hassle for a return ect. I would say the price I paid after the discount( which I won't disclose) is more the price this speaker should be closer too I would say unfortunately. Had plenty of Anker products which I was happy with, but speakers don't seem to be their thing I'm sorry to say, at least this new items.

Comfortable but not long lasting I purchased my Q30 headphones in April 2023 and one air cushions has started to come apart at the seams. I know of other customers who have had similar experiences but Soundcore will not accept responsibility for the poor quality material. I have to order a replacement set. Sorry Soundcore but I’ll be buying from a different manufacturer of headphones next time.

I have been using their headphones for a while and am very happy with the product. The sound quality is excellent, charges fast and battery life is also good. I could not ask for more. Would highly recommend their headphones.

I've used soundcore earphones for a few years. I love the sound quality and app, the prices are pretty good too especially when it's on discount. Had some issues with them stopping work around a year of use, but been given refurbished version which lasted longer. Support isn't super fast to respond but I've received positive responses. I usually buy from resellers in my country or amazon though, but been contacting soundcore when issue with the product. A 4.5/5 from me but rounding to 5.

Absolutely amazing company. I’ve had a Soundcore Flare Bluetooth speaker, a 6ft (2 meter) USB C to USB C Anker powerline III charge cable (they make Soundcore) which was 10x better than the Apple genuine cords and a set of Q35 Life over ear headphones and I’m blown away by all of them. Doubly or tripley so if you factor in their budget friendly prices. I’m not an audiophile so I don’t require the best of the best when it comes to the portable speaker or the headphones so I don’t want to spend that kind of money but I do absolutely demand very high quality sound and these provide that indeed. High level quality with budget friendly prices is how I’d describe them in a single sentence. Absolutely wrapped with this company cos everything I’ve got from them is worth 3x what they charge for it
