SOUNDBOKS Tracking Order Status

Had some problems with our soundboks. Send an email asking for help and was imediatly helped and fixed the problem. Great service

Selten so einen guten Kundenservice erlebt. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich, Antworten kamen binnen 24 Stunden. Ich kann mich nur bedanken! Von euch können sich andere Firmen echt eine dicke Scheibe abschneiden.

Camille was very helpful, I was having trouble to replace the batteries with the shop where I bought the Soundboks and could get very good assistance from Soundboks. Thank you for those amazing products and can't wait to see a battery-powered subwoofer for more portable bass ! :)

I loved working with the Soundboks people: Natalie and Nico could not have been more pleasant and helpful and supportive. What I did not like was calling the help number and getting a recording stating that the phone was not being answered and to send an email with your question. I then had to do trouble shooting for a couple days by email. This is not a good service model. (Camille in Europe had to take my email and forward to Nico in the US- not efficient or timely, but thanks to Camille, she put me on the right track) I would give the personnel a 5 star and the method of contact for service a 1 star, which is how I came to a 3 star rating.

Petit problème avec une vis de ma soundboks, service client super réactif, sympa. Comment ne pas recommander cette entreprise !! Merci pour tout :)
