Soul Tracking Order Status

Bought a new pair of ear buds from a well known store, got home to find that the app to control them doesn't work on any of the latest 3 versions of Android. So it only works if you have a really old phone. The touch controls on the buds are impossible to use reliably so the app is essential. Here I am six months later and no updates to the app and no responses to several attempts to contact customer service.

Worst company ever for 2 weeks I have sent email and chat messages for someone to get back to regarding my order I only received one headset when I order three item everyday I sent at least two to three messages regarding this issue still no response from them last message sent sent to o refund still no answer they receive a -0 on customer service that's if they even have one BAD COMPANY

Simple to order and the shipping was fast.

I was on the hunt for a good quality pair of headphones, beyond the big name brands because they don't seem worth the price. Found SOUL on Instagram and was impressed with how easy it was to make a purchase. I've been using their headphones for a month now, mostly for music and tv shows. Pretty good.
