These insoles are amazing! Previously, I couldn't wear the same shoe 2 days in a row because of foot pain. Once I switched to these insoles, I can now wear the same pair of shoes day after day without pain! I love them!

There are so many remedies available for very specific problems. There are choices galore and you are not limited to only two or three unimpressive designs.

The insoles are probably fine for someone with no foot injuries or issues. The insoles are cushy and the ability to modify them with stick on adjustments sounded promising. Unfortunately, these insoles have not provided any relief for my Morton's Neuroma. I've tried the insoles in several different pairs of shoes with no improvement to my foot pain. But, truly - excellent insoles for someone with healthy, normal feet.

The insert took some of the pressure off the ball of my foot. That relieved some of the pain.
