Soulight Tracking Order Status

The customer service support on this site takes hours and hours to get back to you and will often just switch your advisor status off for days causing clients to be upset when they can't reach me. Other than than I enjoy this platform but can;t afford to keep having my service being turned off like this

Good site but lots of issues. As an advisor we are sommetimes not paid for several days. Not reliable when you have a family to support very upsetting especially since I love working on here. Hopefully they get it together soon as they have already lost many gifted advisors.
