I've loved everything I've gotten from this company.i had one issue and they fixed it right away. They communicated and I'm happy.

One item I ordered had ridiculously narrow sleeves. Tried to return it and was offered 10% refund , 20% gift token or a made to measure service. No outright return and refund All very well but I still have a product that I have wasted money on and will now go into landfill. Other reviews with full 5 stars state a better deal? This I do not understand. The emails were courteous to be fair hence the 2 stars, and one item was nice but poorly quality . However their products are not worth taking the risk in purchasing and loosing hard earned cash

Ordered a bracelet because I thought it looked cute. Took awhile to receive. The quality is okay too. Overall it’s a good experience

There are still some issues I encountered when buy clothes from the web. The size is smaller than my expectation so I have to change to another. Luckily they helped me in this process. Besides, the shipping time is later about 2 days. I had to call them then in return receiving bonus gifs from the brand. That's not something too expensive but I appreciated that.

I shopped 2 articles from them. A khaki snow jacket and a green corduroy French coat. Both articles were decent for their price. Overall it was a good experience.
