Sony Electronics Tracking Order Status

Sony braucht viel zu lange um Geräte zu reparieren. Ich habe meine Vr Brille 2 von Ps zum Reparieren geschickt und warte jetzt schon 5 Wochen darauf. Nur das Kabel war kaputt!

We upgraded to the BR-55A95K for it's many features, from a Sony XBR-55A8F. The displaced unit (which is working fine) is to be transported to another home. Sales Rep. (Best Buy) assured us that the new TV was at the very least...similar, in fact it was quite enhanced. Unfortunately, it wasn't across the board! In our case...it was missing a very important feature the older (2018 model) unit had. The ability to output an audio signal to the on-board speakers as well as...Headphones simultaneously. This is a critical issue...as I suffer from documented Hearing loss and my Wife...enjoys well above average hearing. She actually suffers pain and discomfit from trying to listen at my required level of volume. Without a practical work-around (according to Sony) the new set will have to be returned. Which requires us to engage someone to return the set to Best Buy. At 80+ I'm not able to do this anymore! Although the Store offers free delivery it doesn't (according to Best Buy) provide for free pick-up and return. To at least justify the near $3,000.00 price tag (shop around to verify current pricing)...one would think it would have all the "bells and whistles" found on older TV’s. We’ve always purchased…and enjoyed, Sony products. So this is a disappointment.

The quality of the sound with the combination of comfort and noise cancellation, makes this a fantastic product right from the first use.

Still waiting for my subscription refund

Ich hatte über eine Hartlauer-Filiale in Österreich eine Sony-Kamera, DSC-HX90V gekauft. Es gab immer wieder Probleme beim Ein- und Ausfahren der Kamera. Anfangs ist sie mehrmals unmotiviert ein- und ausgefahren, ich konnte aber noch fotografieren. Später konnte ich sie überhaupt nicht mehr ausfahren. Ich nahm an, dass dies ein Garantiefall sein würde. Die Kamera wurde zu Sony eingeschickt. Man teilte mir mit, Eigenverschulden, kein Garantiefall. Es war, wahrscheinlich durch Sahara-Staub in der Luft, Sand in die Kamera gekommen. Man bot mir eine Reparatur an, die fast so viel kosten sollte wie eine neue Kamera. Der Sony-Support bot keinerlei Unterstützung an, man wünschte mir jedoch "Alles Gute". Ein Reklamations-Schreiben an Sony-Austria wurde nicht einmal beantwortet. Ich bin über dieses wenig kundenfreundliche Verhalten von Sony sehr enttäuscht.
