I just bought an espresso machine at Solis. After unpacking, i discovered that the duo cupfilter didn't fit in the holder, due to a fabrication error. I send an email with pics of the filter to Solis Customercare and after a few days i received a new filter which fit perfectly. Thanks to Solis Customercare for the great service! Now i am enjoying my espresso from this nice Solis machine and happy to have bought it at Solis. Mr. R. Lie

Since I am new in using espresso machine, I had a question regarding operating my Solis espresso machine and the flashing alarm that I was receiving and as soon as I send my question I received a response with the solution (I had to make sure that the steam knob is correctly closed and hear a click). I am very happy with the machine and Solis customer service.

Mijn fijne Solis Scala zero static coffee grinder hield er na 3 maanden opeens mee op. Uiteindelijk bleek dat dit veroorzaakt werd door het niet tijdig gebruiken van de aanbevolen schoonmaakkorrels. Dankzij de voortvarende en welwillende hulp van de klantenservice, die je zowaar kunt bellen en mailen!, werd het probleem snel en vakkundig op afstand verholpen. Dank!
