Solgaard Tracking Order Status

I purchased the large carry-on closet a few weeks ago in preparation for an international trip coming up in a few weeks from now. I like the size and weight so far and the capacity is good. I had a small issue with the shelving system (a strap broke when I tried compressing the shelves into the luggage), but I want to commend Roi and the Solgaardians for their prompt attention, care, and assistance. They quickly shipped me a new shelving system and I’m looking forward to using it on my upcoming trip. So far, I highly recommend this company!

My product arrived with a couple issues by Lyza was easy to work with and cleared everything up for me quickly and fairly. I wish I hadn’t had the initial problems but customer service was very easy to work with. Thank you!

Purchased the Carry-On Closet in Granada Green. Love the suitcase and concept. However, the strap on one side of the closet broke the first time I used to compress—used Solgaard’s instructions ie. 70% full. Thinking not sewn properly. Have sent 3 emails and have not heard anything—its been 6 weeks. Very frustrating!

I have the 22" carry on closet and I love it. I travel about 40-45 weeks a year and it has held up great. I had an issue with the closet portion where the strap ripped out of the bottom but they were extremely fast to respond and replaced it with no issues. I plan on getting the bigger checked bag as well.

Really great customer service! I had some issues with my Lifepack black pack, and they took care of my problems very expeditiously. Top-notch!
