Initially the wrong product was delivered and it took a few days to get a response from Sohnne, but once we connected with Diego he resolved all issues and shipped the correct product--quality of the product is excellent.

I wish to commend Diego Garcia from Sohnne for responding to and resolving an issue I had with a recent purchase. In addition, he indicated that the issue would be addressed and corrected with the manufacturer.

Sohnne's Eames Replica is a great looking chair and ottoman, especially for the price. The 2 pieces arrived quickly in two separate boxes. Assembly is somewhat tricky even with instructions, pre-drilled holes and hardware provided. For help with assembly, I suggest videos available on youtube. If you need assistance from customer service, email is the best way to communicate. We encountered an issue with the armrests sent with our chair -- we received the wrong armrests so the chair could not be assembled. We have been working with Sohnne to resolve the issue and they have proven to be courteous and prompt in their response.

We ordered two Eames chairs from Sohnne early this summer and they arrived having suffered shipping damage and missing parts. We’re happy to share that Chester at Sohnne responded quickly and provided a replacement chair without complaint. Chester’s emails were friendly and courteous and we can absolutely say that Sohnne went above and beyond to make things right. Our chairs feel high quality, comfortable and durable.
