Sofa Club Tracking Order Status

We absolutely love our new sofa. Everything about our experience with the sofa club was amazing. Great price, super fast next day delivery and comfy modern sofa that looks great in our living room.

Honestly quite a bad experience unfortunately! Unless you like waiting and being given false hope then don’t buy a sofa from this company, I was given a expected date of delivery a month after purchase, however when this date passed and I chased them up numerous times all I got told was that I would have to wait longer, the customer service was terrible and I waited 2 months, which would of been fine if they told me that from the start, also it’s now arrived and is beautiful but missing a leg, now having to chase this and have had no response! Honestly would never buy from them again! Sofas are nice but staff are terrible!

We have got the bishop sofa and I have got to say it’s absolutely stunning, it’s really comfy and would personally recommend it, the delivery drivers from pander were fantastic. We wanted to bring our date forward and this was sorted with no problems the same day.

Came the expected day of delivery, no problems except the delivery man wanted to take the livingroom window out to be able to get the sofa in the house, before trying just to turn the sofa length ways to get it into the doorway.. however, the sofa smells like sour or just a funny smell I can’t put my finger on.
