Excellent service and product knowledge by two members of Glasgow team

Great service so far. Can't speak for the delivery or the final product, but the staff have been really helpful. Fahima, Joe and the rest of the Bristol team were great, guiding us through our decisions. It's great to be able to see and try the sofas before buying. Long may real shops like this with real people continue. Well done guys.

Popped into Bath store late on a Sunday. Were made very welcome, no pushy sales, but when approached Sonya was really helpful; Understood our dilemmas and helped us resolve them.

We were at sofa.com (House of Fraser in Glasgow) and met Dave and Alma who were both great. Very informative and friendly. Only thing is House of Fraser have music blaring from the first floor which was an absolute racket when we walked in a mix of gum and rave style, not what was expected enough to make us think twice about entering the store in future.
