Every wanted to experience the frustration of putting up a 4 man tent in a bedroom? No me neither but that's what you'll get. All I can say is that the geniuses behind this product must all live in mansions with plenty of space. I've got 25 years of camping experience under my belt and 30 of building IKEA furniture and I've never dealt with such a frustrating situation as trying to erect a snuggy pod. The poles are as long as tent poles which when you are using them in a tent is fine as you have the space of you know A FIELD to use them in but in a bedroom not so much. It's not even like you can build it and then relocate it as it's so big and won't fit through doors. Id often wondered why there were so many of these on the 2nd hand market and now I know its because people just cannot build them in their small apartments / homes. It's insane to me that this was the design they came up with and have continued with for years when there is now better technology available. The primary reason for these products is to help parents with the stresses that come with a child with sensory issues. If you manage to build this thing without stress, swearing and the urge to break something you are winning at life. Do I recommend this product? If you live in a very large house, Yes otherwise I do not recommend the experience of building a double pod to anyone. Maybe pay someone to build it for you as they do seem to work as a product (see other reviews) if you can get it to fit

I ordered 2 dog coats and when they turned up they were too big. I got in touch with customer services and they arranged for an exchange straight away which was sent out the next day.

Ordered a navy snug pod back in November took 2 months and was told my parcel was on way for them to not receive my shipment , had to agree to a black snugpod and a partial refund due to not wanting to wait any longer .

Provided a replacement for an incorrectly ordered Christmas present and one now very happy granddaughter.

This review is 2 years overdue! One of the most helpful, friendly and considerate customer service I have experienced online. (And when I say one of, I can count the amount on one hand it’s that rare). The experience was completely positive. I purchased a large item in 2022 that just didn’t work for our space, then reached out to customer service where I encountered Linda who was the most lovely helpful rep ever. She went above and beyond to help out with arranging a suitable return for me due to physical limitations that otherwise couldn’t have been done, all without being asked to do so by me. So Linda I’m not sure if you’re still working there, but thank you for showcasing actions speak louder than words with accessibility + equality, I’m sorry it took me so long to leave a review! Based on that experience alone I think Snuggy is a great place to buy from as when it comes to purchasing online, I think customer service/communication is the most important thing for a business (for me anyway!). Thank you again :)
