Very professional tour guide and bus driver. Exoticca created very nice schedule, and we learned a lot about Ireland. We recommend use Exoticca for new travel.

The room was great, although it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator for storing food. Wi-Fi was available, & I didn’t mind the walk to the ice machine. The area was quiet - I very much liked how pets & no pets were segregated. Staff were all very friendly & went out of their way to help. I spent two days there.

Telephone didn’t work. The tv did work correctly. It had a static lines. Could not be corrected. Didn’t have enough towels. Hand towels and wash cloths were stained. Tub was too high causing me to fall out of the bath tub on to the floor, injuring by back. The room next door was being worked on and a bloody mattress was up against the window and the drapes were open. The person two doors down must have been a long term resident because she had a row of boxes that I could see with when she had the door open. And she mostly had the door open. I am a sixty-five year year old. I had a negative experience.
