We hired our car for six weeks around New Zealand for a great price. The vehicle didn't let us down. The team were really friendly at Queenstown where we collected the car, also Auckland where we dropped it off.

Snap rentals at Nelson airport were friendly and helpful, and the car was great. The shuttle pick up service outside the airport was quick.

Took over an hour to pick up the vehicle once arriving at the depot. Vehicle had been pre-booked and pre-paid yet wasn't ready for us.

The shuttle from the airport to Snap made the trip so much easier not having to stress about transport. My partner and I were super impressed by John (not too sure if that’s his real name) and the fact that he is on a Te Reo journey. That connection and helping him with some of his wording made that ride super special and left us with a smile on our faces. Car was super clean and super nice to job. We will definitely be hiring our car from here next time we are in Auckland.
