Heir Tracking Order Status

I'd like to thank Paul and the rest of the Heir team for their outstanding, above-and-beyond customer service. Recently, I ordered a Heir Waterpipe that I planned on taking with me on vacation to Spain. My European friends had never heard of Heir, so I was excited to introduce them to the product and of course take a test drive. When I placed my order for the Gold Edition, I was extremely disappointed that, due to the popularity of the bongs, they were in short supply, and I wouldn't receive mine prior to leaving on my trip. Dishearted, I reached out to Heir to see if anything could be done. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt response from Paul offering to send me a silver one ASAP - which I was more than thrilled to accept, so obviously I said yes. It arrived in plenty of time as promised, and I was able to bring it with me. As expected, my friends loved it and a few plan on ordering one! Again, my sincere thanks to Paul and the Heir family for coming up with a workable solution that more than satisfied me!
