SMOKY MOUNTAIN KNIFE WORKS Tracking Order Status

I've purchased several items from this company both in person and online and I've been very happy with my experience. They're one of the oldest and most reliable online knife retailers. They do sell cheap knives and don't apologize for it, but you should always be aware of what you're buying. I've bought several mid to high range knives and been satisfied. The return process probably needs to be updated, but my experience was good there as well.

Absolutely suggest staying away from this store, was sent damaged items 3 times.. treated poorly by management while trying to fix it, then ignored all together...all while still being sent their stupid catalog after 5 attempts to be removed from that list. What a joke

Was excited to try them after hearing good things.. was unpleasantly surprised to get sent a defective knife upon my initial order..contacted customer service and after a little bit of a hassle and getting wrong information which led to me paying out of pocket to ship the knife back and have a replacement sent..fast forwards two more weeks waiting while the defective one shipped back to them and then they took their time mailing another out...only to get that one and find it looks and functions worse than the first.. contacted customer service and was given the opposite of what I expected for customer service and absolutely do not recommend them to anyone at this point. Id advise strongly against using them. Still have yet to get a response from the owner who said to email, then never responded or the customer service rep who was supposed to be helping me and then began ignoring my emails. I'd rate 0 if I could.

I have ordered a few times now product was just what i was expecting and always fast shipping, i would recommend to anyone not to hesitate buying from SMKW..
